How much notice time do I need to ask for a visualization service of static images? Usually between 2 and 4 weeks, except for big projects, in which case you should contact us before that with more details.
What is your creative process? Our creative proces goes from sketching in early stages till creating a 4k high quality rendering. We always try to keep the narrative from the beggining in our images to avoid any last minute surprise. Also we keep the comunication channel open with you, the client, during this process.
Do you work with our models? Usually we do work in the initial stages of the creative process but later on we remodel it whenever it is necessary, which is most of the time.
In what format should I send the information? to make it short, in fbx, obj, cad or rhino. These are the formats we feel more comfortable with.
How long does it take to you to finish the visualization service? It depends on the amount of images and size of the project, but an average of 8 can take usually 2 -3 weeks of work.
Do you work with an organized timeline? Absolutelly, we will define a starting day, a deadline and a working strategy. It’s a bidirectional compromise, so both parties have to keep their word on the delivering pace.
What happens if we deliver the information later than expected? If it affects the calendar of Niksen, we will have to delay the project to when the agenda is less busy. If it can’t be delayed because it’s a competition with a fixed deadline we will have to consider an update in the terms and conditions of the collaboration.
How much notice time do I need to ask for a service of 3D animations? in this case the notice time will have to be at least 3 months. If it’s an animation of an already running project of static images, then this 3 months will apply from the moment that we finish the static visualization service.
